Every two years, South Carolina Law requires that each political party elects new officers and delegates from voting precincts all the way up to Statewide Leadership. The purpose of the reorganization is so that the parties do not become stagnant, co-opted and corrupt. It is ordered that the re-organization begins at the precinct level and ends at the State level.
This ensures a bottom-up hierarchy. This was supposed to prevent the Establishment from capturing the parties, unfortunately the precincts are not participating. This is on purpose, the powers that be, prefer to keep it small to control it all. Take back your power, become an EC, a delegate, or both.

There are glaring problems in the SCGOP given the current minority Establishment that is struggling to keep the party in their control and YOU out of the process of running the Republican party.
